4forty4 isn’t just a brand.

It’s what I built when everything in my life fell apart. The meaning behind it comes from a belief I used to hold onto tightly, that when things feel aligned, when life seems “meant to be,” you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. But I learned the hard way that even in those moments, life can still hit you in ways you never see coming. In 2024, my sister went missing. What followed was a nationwide search, uncertainty, and a kind of fear I can’t fully put into words. And in the middle of that, my dad took his own life. Two life-altering losses at once. No time to process. No roadmap for how to survive it. Just grief, confusion, anger and the quiet decision to keep going, even when nothing made sense. 4forty4 was created in that space. Not just from pain, but from the choice to turn that pain into something meaningful. It became a way to express what people often keep buried, the reality of mental health, loss, and what it actually looks like to keep moving forward when you’re broken. This brand stands on honesty, resilience, and awareness. It’s for the people who don’t always have the words for what they’ve been through, but feel it every day. The ones who carry weight silently. The ones still showing up. The design reflects that same philosophy , minimal, intentional, and elevated. Clean on the outside, but every piece carries depth behind it. Because not everything meaningful needs to be loud. 4forty4 is more than clothing. It’s a reminder that even in your lowest moments, there is still purpose.
